These terms govern your use of RingToReview's website and services. By booking a demo or becoming a client, you agree to these terms.
RingToReview provides two services to home service businesses: Missed Call Recovery (automated text-back, lead qualification, and appointment booking for missed calls) and Reputation Management (automated review requests, feedback capture, and review monitoring). These may be purchased individually or as the RingToReview Complete package.
Current pricing is listed on our website and confirmed with you before setup begins. Setup fees are one-time and due before work starts. Monthly fees are billed on a recurring basis. There is no long-term contract on any plan, and you may cancel your monthly service at any time; setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
You're responsible for providing accurate business information and for ensuring you have the right to have RingToReview send text messages and review requests to your own customers on your behalf.
While our systems are built to recover missed calls and generate reviews, we can't guarantee a specific number of leads, bookings, or reviews, as these depend on factors outside our control, including your business's call volume and customer responsiveness.
RingToReview is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
